I encountered many issues during my recent stay. The room was poorly lit, making it hard to see. Additionally, we found multiple cockroaches, which was quite unsettling. The bedding had burn holes, and the three deformed pillows did not provide enough support for a comfortable night's rest.

The room was pretty comfortable and clean, which was a nice surprise. I had a few issues like the elevator being super slow and ants on the counter. Also, the coffee area was lacking napkins and lids. The walls are thick, so it’s quiet, but getting to my room at the end of the hall was a bit of a trek, especially with the stairs. Oh, and one of my rooms had only news and doc channels unless I switched to the other one which had a bunch. A mixed bag for sure!

Family with children will enjoy it
I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, and I have to say, the staff were friendly. and accommodating. They even let me slide on a five dollar shortfall when I was checking in one night, which says a lot about their willingness to help.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The overwhelming smell of urine and the presence of drug users made our stay far from comfortable. We were relieved to leave after just two nights.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the free coffee and the clean laundry services – they were super handy! It was nice to relax in a quiet room with comfy beds and channels galore to choose from. The elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't really take away from my overall good experience. 😊

My husband and I stayed here for a short family trip, and we loved that the location was perfect for exploring local dining and entertainment. The easy access to nearby attractions made our time enjoyable. It was a comfortable base for our adventures.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel really needs better cleanliness. She noticed some neglected areas that could easily be improved to make it more family-friendly.

Just a proper fit for a transient visit in Maryland Heights with great value-to-price ratio. The rooms were spacious and had complimentary wi-fi with ample speed, making it easy to plan our days. Make sure to ask the staff for nearby dining recommendations.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, though I found the bathroom cleanliness lacking, with mold present. While it's a decent budget choice, my overall experience was marred by disorganization and poor customer service. A mixed bag, but it fits the price point.
